There is no email reset yet. Sign-in checks one shared value set on the Worker, ADMIN_BOOTSTRAP_SECRET. Anyone with deploy access can set a new one:
npx wrangler secret put ADMIN_BOOTSTRAP_SECRET
Takes effect immediately, no deploy. Sessions already signed in keep running until their 8-hour token expires, so rotate and then sign out anyone who should not still be in.
